Dr. Vishal Verma is originally from Minnesota and has spent the last decade in San Diego. He earned both his Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Medicine in the prestigious accelerated 6-year Honors Program in Medicine (HPME) at the University of Miami. He continued his medical training with a residency in Radiology at the University of Chicago and an MRI fellowship at the University of California – San Diego. His passion and talent for aesthetics led to the creation of a truly unique spa concept incorporating both medical and non-medical beauty services. Revive is recognized as one of the top medical spas nationally. Dr. Verma strives to stay at the forefront of aesthetic medicine. He has served on the Allergan Medical Aesthetics Advisory Board, which serves to provide leadership in partnering for the future of aesthetics and focuses on future innovations in products and programs.
Leif Rogers, MD, FACS is an Ivy League graduate, board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon, and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He’s head of a combined reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery and non-surgical practice in Beverly Hills, California. Dr. Rogers specializes in microsurgical reconstruction of the breast and the latest techniques in facial rejuvenation and body contouring.
Susan has her Master of Science in Nursing and is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her BSN from the University of Oklahoma and her master’s degree with distinction from Chamberlain University. She obtained her certification in injectables and laser technology from The Medical Aesthetic Training of California and has been practicing aesthetic medicine for over a decade. In addition to frequent advanced training, Susan has successfully completed numerous master’s level courses and enjoys mentoring colleagues at Revive. She is passionate about her practice of aesthetics. Susan listens to each patient’s concerns while making a careful assessment and recommendations tailored to each patient with the goal of providing natural results and an exceptional patient experience.
Polly received her BSN from Dominican University of California in 2012. Her specialty is Aesthetic Medicine and Dermatology. Areas of expertise include: PDO threads, Botox injections and dermal fillers, and laser treatments. Polly’s goals are to provide exceptional treatment outcomes, both safely and effectively. She is excited to be a part of the Revive team, and brings her passion for skincare, Dermatology and Aesthetics with her.
Laura started her education at the University of Charleston in Charleston, WV, where she graduated in 2012 with her BSN. Laura began her medical career working as an Emergency Room nurse at Charleston Area Medical Center for 8 years. In 2019, Laura moved to San Diego with her husband and daughter. She obtained her certification in injectables and lasers from The National Laser Institute and sought out private training with a well known injector here in San Diego. Her main goal, as an aesthetic nurse, is to enhance her clients’ natural beauty and to make them look and feel their best. The most rewarding part of aesthetic nursing for her is seeing her clients glow with confidence. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, their Mainecoon cat, and Goldendoodle.
Anya Tomkiewicz is a Registered Nurse with a breadth of experience including Emergency Medicine and Interventional Radiology. Anya received her Bachelor of Arts at University of California at Berkeley and her Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Clinical Nurse Leadership degree at Rush University in Chicago. She is currently completing a post-masters program for her Family Nurse Practitioner license and is excited to grow her practice in the world of Aesthetic Dermatology. Specializing in neuromodulators, Anya believes that thorough physical assessment and a detailed understanding of patient goals always yield the best results. She is excited to meet you!

Jessica Pecora is a Registered Nurse working full-time in cosmetic injectables and laser hair removal. She graduated with her Bachelors in Science of Nursing from Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana and made the move to San Diego to pursue her passion in the medical aesthetics industry. Jessica loves aesthetics because it allows her to combine her creative talents with her nurturing nature in one role. Natural and beautiful results are important to her as she looks to accentuate her client’s natural beauty. Jessica is dedicated to regularly attending training opportunities and growing with the industry. Outside of work, Jessica is passionate about holistic health and fitness, dance, traveling, visiting vineyards, hunting, horseback riding, and going to the beach.
Prior to pursuing her passion as an aesthetic nurse practitioner, Christine was a women’s health nurse in the OB/Gyn department for 7 years. She graduated from Pacific Union College in Napa, CA with her bachelor’s degree in nursing and later graduated from the University of San Diego with her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. Christine specializes in neurotoxins and facial balancing using dermal fillers. She is passionate about providing natural but impactful results while enhancing her client’s beautiful features. In her free time, you can find her traveling, working out, or trying out new restaurants.
Nyree Van Maarseveen is a Nurse Practitioner/Certified Nurse Midwife with a passion for helping women to look and feel beautiful. She graduated from Cornell University before realizing she wanted to pursue nursing, and then went to Johns Hopkins for her Bachelors in Nursing in 2004, and SDSU for her Masters in 2018. Nyree feels like she has the perfect career working part time at Revive as a NP, and part time at the hospital delivering babies. She is a perfectionist and is obsessed with learning as much as possible to help her patients achieve the most natural-looking results to age gracefully using fillers, neurotoxins, and lasers. Outside of work, Nyree can be found experimenting with beauty products to perfect her skincare regimen, walking at the beach with her pup, drinking espresso, exercising, or traveling abroad.
Savannah started her nursing career at Sharp Memorial Hospital providing inpatient care before transitioning to Medical Aesthetics. Savannah has 14 years of experience as a registered nurse and currently offers the latest beauty treatments in Botox and dermal fillers. As an experienced nurse injector, Savannah focuses on creating natural results that boost her client’s confidence. She has a passion for using her artistic skills to enhance her client’s beauty.
Savannah is happily married with two little girls. During her free time, you can find her at Orange Theory, trying new restaurants, hiking, or enjoying a family day at the beach.
Emily graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Abilene Christian University in Texas and is currently continuing her education at West Coast University to obtain her Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Her artistic eye combined with her love for patient care instilled her passion for aesthetic nursing. She is adept with dermal fillers, neurotoxins, a variety of lasers, and all things skincare. She specializes in lips and facial contouring, and she loves to take her patients on a aesthetic journey to help them reach their goals. In her free time, she likes to hangout with her dogs, hike, surf, and tap into her artistic side off-the-clock as well through painting and drawing.
Christina is a licensed cosmetologist with 29+ years in management. She has spent the past 16+ years growing the aesthetic business at Revive in a senior leadership role. Her passion at Revive is collaborating with both staff and clients and continuously striving to make Revive Med Spa the ideal place to work as an employee or visit as a client. Christina is well-traveled, and has lived and grown up in Germany, although she has spent the past 30 years in San Diego. Outside of Revive, her love is for her three incredible children, and of course, her husband.
